Stainless steel is a well-known alloythat is made of iron, carbon, nickel and molybdenum. It is known for a number of unique features including a high level of resistance to rust when exposed to atmospheric agents, remarkable durability,resistance to corrosion, and minimum maintenance. Stainless steel is also environment friendly as it is 90% recyclable.

Unique physical features of stainless steel enable a thermal conductivity which is 10 times lower compared to aluminium, therefore thermal break elements have a low transmittance value.

We use SeccoSistemi’s stainless steel to manufacture our glazing products. SeccoSistemi offers two types of stainless steel; the 304 with satin finish which is more popular and the 316L with scotch-brite or gloss finish, which best suits maritime environments. They also provide stainless steel with burnished finish.
